By accessing or using www.skytrado.com (the “Site”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Scope of these terms
These Terms cover only your use of this marketing website. Use of the SkyTrado platform itself — including any sandbox, API, or production tenant — is governed by a separate written agreement signed with Skytrado Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U62090KL2025PTC097725). Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to license the SkyTrado platform.
3. Permitted use
You may browse the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:
- use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
- scrape, mirror, or systematically download content other than for ordinary browser caching or for indexing by a search engine that respects our robots.txt;
- attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or breach any security or authentication measure;
- introduce malware, harvest contact information, or send unsolicited or automated submissions through any form on the Site;
- misrepresent your identity, your company, or your authority to act on its behalf when contacting us.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, the “SkyTrado” word mark, the SkyTrado logo, and all original text, graphics, code, and other content are owned by Skytrado Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
You may share links to the Site and quote short passages with attribution. Any other use — including reproduction, adaptation, or distribution of the content — requires our prior written permission.
The Earth imagery used in the home-page globe is derived from NASA’s public-domain Blue Marble dataset. Three.js and three-globe are used under their MIT licences.
5. Forms and submissions
When you submit information through the demo request form or by emailing us, you confirm that:
- the information you provide is accurate and current;
- you are authorised to share it on behalf of your organisation;
- you are not submitting confidential information that you do not want disclosed to a B2B vendor evaluating your enquiry.

6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or embed third-party services (for example Google Maps and Google Fonts). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by the third party’s own terms.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Statements about the SkyTrado platform’s features, roadmap, integrations, and timelines are illustrative and may change without notice. They are not promises or contractual commitments unless reflected in a written agreement we have signed with you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skytrado Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to INR 1,000 (one thousand Indian rupees).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page shows when the latest revision was made. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts at Perinthalmanna, Kerala, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
