1. Who we are

This site, www.skytrado.com, is operated by Skytrado Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U62090KL2025PTC097725), a private limited company incorporated in India. References to “SkyTrado”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in this policy mean Skytrado Pvt. Ltd.

Our registered office is 3/345-4, KP Arcade, Kakkooth, Nambiarpadi, Perinthalmanna, Malappuram, Kerala 679322, India.

2. Information we collect

We only collect the information you provide to us directly. Specifically:

  • Demo request form (/contact). When you submit the form we receive your full name, work email address, company name, agency type, approximate monthly booking volume, and your message.
  • Direct correspondence. If you email contact@skytrado.com or call us, we receive whatever information you choose to share.

We do not set first-party cookies, run advertising pixels, or operate behavioural tracking on this site. With your consent — given via the banner shown on your first visit, and changeable any time from the footer — we load Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which are cookieless, anonymise IP addresses, and do not build profiles of visitors across sessions or sites. The same consent gates the Google Maps embed on our contact page. See the Cookies Notice for full detail.

3. How we use it

We use the information you submit only to:

  • Respond to your demo or sales enquiry and arrange follow-up.
  • Provide a sandbox tenant or proposal where requested.
  • Maintain a record of the enquiry for our own internal sales pipeline.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them.

4. Legal basis

Where European or UK data protection law applies, we rely on the following lawful bases under the GDPR / UK GDPR:

  • Article 6(1)(b) — performance of pre-contractual steps you have requested (responding to your demo request).
  • Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in operating and growing a B2B business, balanced against your rights and reasonable expectations.

5. Sharing and processors

We share information with the following processors, only as needed to operate this website:

  • FormSubmit (Form-Backend, Inc.) — receives the demo request form payload and forwards it as email to our inbox. FormSubmit privacy policy.
  • Vercel Inc. — hosts the static website, processes server-side request logs (IP, user agent) for delivery and abuse prevention, and provides Web Analytics and Speed Insights as described above. Vercel privacy policy.
  • Zoho Corporation — hosts our contact@skytrado.com mailbox where form submissions land.
  • Google LLC — serves Google Fonts and the optional Google Maps embed on our contact page. Google privacy policy.

We do not share information with third parties for advertising or profiling. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or in response to a valid request from a public authority.

6. Retention

We keep demo request submissions for as long as needed to follow up on the enquiry and, after that, for up to 24 months in our sales records. Email correspondence is retained according to our internal mailbox policy. You may ask us to delete your information sooner at any time (see Your rights).

7. International transfers

Some of our processors are based outside India (FormSubmit and Vercel are US-based; Google operates globally). Where personal data is transferred internationally we rely on the providers’ standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. If you would like a copy of those safeguards please contact us.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct it if it is wrong;
  • ask us to delete it;
  • object to or restrict our processing;
  • receive a portable copy;
  • withdraw any consent you have given.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@skytrado.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

The website is served over HTTPS with HSTS enabled. Form submissions travel encrypted in transit to FormSubmit and onward to our mailbox. We restrict access to inbound enquiries to staff who need it for their role. No method of internet transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

10. Children

This is a B2B website. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page shows when the latest revision was made. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or notified by email where appropriate.
